Taking time for intentional gratitude is not time that you will regret spending.
Literally 5 minutes in the morning to start your day off right.
And don’t just THINK it. Write it down.
It’s kind of like seeing the bed made…. Or that first cup of coffee.
You can’t quite put your finger on why that moment makes you feel that THING that you feel. Is it satisfaction? Is it contentment? Is it a touch of “another beginning”?
Think of gratitude like that.
Soon you’ll be cruising around during your day, taking quick little “life screenshots” of what you can be thankful and grateful for tomorrow.
Focus on the great… and you will see more great.
