Life Like Swiss Cheese

Sometimes, you might not need to actually eliminate the holes entirely…


You can try to be calm and creative and lean into some of the many unique tools that you already have available in order to make those holes feel a little smaller, or more manageable.


In the moment, the holes can feel massive.


But if you give yourself an opportunity to take a deep breath, take a still moment, and get out of that primitive fear/fight/flight state, you might find that those tools are more effective than you thought possible.
