Have you ever googled “Foods you should avoid”?
Go ahead and make a list of all the things that all the different websites have to say about what you should avoid.
After you’re done making your list, you will likely end up with less than 10 things that are actually ok to eat, based on varying opinions floating around on the interweb.
And it’s all completely useless.
Consider spending more time actually paying attention to HOW YOU FEEL after you eat certain things... how you feel physically, emotional, and mentally. And consider start putting more value into how you actually feel instead of what someone who you don’t know, but has a popular blog and a six-pack, says about the foods that you should avoid.
And then once you know how you feel, do something about it! Don’t ignore it!
